"As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord." — Joshua 24:15
A family rooted
in Christ
By God's grace alone, we are the Awatins — Arman, Reba & Saveh — a born-again Christian family humbly walking together under the lordship of Jesus Christ.

Built on the Rock
We are an ordinary family made extraordinary only by the grace of God. We don't have it all figured out, but we hold on to the One who does. Christ Jesus is the true head of our household — not because we are worthy, but because He is faithful.
As husband and wife, Arman and Reba are learning every day what it means to love each other the way Christ loves the church — imperfectly, yet persistently, by His strength and not our own. Together, by God's mercy, we are raising our son Saveh to know the Lord, praying that the seeds planted in his young heart will grow into a deep and unshakeable faith.
This little corner of the internet is simply a place where we can share what God is doing in our lives — the joys, the struggles, and everything in between — all for His glory, never our own.
The pillars of our home
God's Word
We are far from perfect, but we cling to Scripture as our foundation. The Bible is our daily bread, our lamp in the darkness, and the voice of our Heavenly Father guiding us through every season. We read it not to boast in knowledge, but to be transformed by His truth.
Prayer
Prayer is our lifeline — not because we are strong, but because we are weak and we know it. We bring everything before the Lord: our fears, our gratitude, our hopes, and our failures. He is faithful to hear us every single time, and for that we are grateful beyond words.
Grace & Love
We are a family saved by grace — not by anything we have done, but by what Christ has done for us. We try, by His help, to extend that same undeserved grace to one another and to the people God places in our path. We fail often, but His mercy is new every morning.
Family Worship
Our home is not a perfect place, but we want it to be a place where God is welcome. We worship together, sing together (even when we're off-key), and grow together in faith. It's messy and beautiful, and it's all held together by His love, not ours.
Discipleship
We are committed to raising Saveh to know and love the Lord — not through our own wisdom, but by leaning on God's Word and the Holy Spirit. We believe that godly parenting is less about having all the answers and more about pointing our son to the One who does.
Testimony
Our lives are not a showcase of our own goodness, but a testimony of God's faithfulness. Through our stories — the victories and the valleys alike — we hope to encourage others to trust in the God who never fails, even when we do.
